<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>KTM 500 EXC-F Review</strong></h3>



<p>The new KTM 500 EXC-F gets an updated design that draws inspiration from the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team. It uses a central double-cradle type 25CrMo4 frame like its sibling the <a href="https://biketopspeed.com/ktm-125-sx/">KTM 125 SX</a>. It gets a 48 mm WP XPLOR upside-down front fork with compression damping on the left and rebound damping on the right. At the rear, it is fitted with a WP XPLOR shock absorber that has been re-tuned to make it firmer. Both the front and rear suspensions of the KTM 500 EXC-F are fully adjustable. It comes with a 260 mm disc front disc brake with Brembo calipers and a 220 mm rear disc brake with Brembo calipers. The KTM 500 EXC has a dry weight of 105.6 kg and its ground clearance is 355 mm.</p>

<p>It comes with a 510.9cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, SOHC engine that uses a Keihin engine management system. The KTM 500 EXC-F has a maximum power output of 39.4 horsepower and its peak torque output is 27.7 lb-ft. It gets a 6-speed transmission made by PANKL racing systems and it also features a KTM developed DDS clutch. It comes with a pair of radiators with <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computational_fluid_dynamics">CFD technology</a> for engine cooling. The KTM 500 EXC-F top speed is nearly 90 mph in stock conditions. It gets a halogen headlight and LED taillamps. This enduro bike comes with a fully digital instrument console and it gets premium GIANT rims that run on continental TKC 80 tires.</p>
