The new KX85 uses a high tensile steel perimeter frame with a rear subframe member. The new model doesn’t get any significant design upgrades except for a new color scheme that looks like the Kawasaki KX100. It is equipped with a 220 mm petal disc brake with a 2-piston caliper on the front wheel and a 184 mm petal disc brake with a 1-piston caliper on the rear wheel.
